However the duo has done an extremely commendable job with the transition as the place looks extremely beautiful and has the ability to take one back to a time. The noticeable feature is that, they have achieved this without any help from a professional architect.
The house of architects had a masculine aggressive nature which has been changed into a softer, warmer and feminine feeling without making any change to the architecture. So imagine the power of interior redecoration. Llya Piganov has also contributed to recreating a complex yet personal environment. The artist has played with colour hues of grey and mixed it with green to create elegance. The café‘s panels, ten in number has been done by the artist himself. Most of it are photo collages which has been creatively done using a unique technique by this Moscow artist.
These collages blend in completely with the interiors taking it to an exalted level. It is quite possible for creatively inclined people to lose track of time there, as it is so beautiful and has eye capturing minute details. At the same time, these work of arts has the quality to easily blend in with the background and be unobtrusive too while visitors try to focus on something else. Along with the interiors the lighting and the furniture has been re modelled which adds on to the charm of old world. The café has ebony and nut tables, chairs and sofas that are custom made designer pieces which has been imported from China. The magic is also emanated through beautiful lights and custom made chandeliers and the placing of lamps throughout the interiors.
